But his friends Lotte, a comedian in London, and Maribel, a flamenco dancer in Madrid, reach out to him over the internet. They encourage him to perform comedy and to learn flamenco. Together, they celebrate their friendship and conquer the loneliness of quarantine.

In the Eastern German city of Schwerin, Heiko Lietz, former GDR civil rights activist and co-founder of the "Neues Forum" party, remembers the peaceful demonstrations for freedom in autumn 1989, where he held important speeches. He also talks about Round Tables, still using them today for integrative social projects. He talks about experiences and special points in his life, disappointments with our actual society, but also about hope and still important wishes.
